- The Mira Mesa Scripps Running Club workouts are during the summer months (First week of June thru the last week of August).
- Most weeks will include a minimum of 2 workouts, with an 3rd workout added on occasion.
- Club Workouts are designed and led by Head Coach Eric Miller, along with volunteer coaches with extensive experience in coaching fitness and running basics.
- Workouts will normally be held every Monday and Thursday starting at 5:00pm. Workouts will usually last between 90 minutes and 1:45hr.
- Sometimes workouts will be moved to Tuesday or Wed. depending on conflicts with the Coaches schedules.
- There will also be occasional Saturday Morning Runs at 9:00am ALL Club Workouts will be held at West Penasquitos Canyon Preserve (Sorrento Valley Blvd. about 1/2 mile East of Vista Sorrento Pkwy. just at the bottom of Calle Cristobal Hill leading into Mira Mesa).
